In recent years,elevator accidents have been frequent,causing casualties and property damage,not increasing the public's fear of elevators.At present,the computer technology,embedded technology and network technology such as cutting-edge technology development momentum very quickly,people in exploring the computer technology and embedded technology and network technology is applied to the elevator fault diagnosis.The elevator fault diagnosis theory and method is applied in this article,combining with the author is engaged in the elevator and other special equipment testing engineering practice,the fault diagnosis system of elevator design,and system implementation process and application are also described.Briefly introduced to the basic structure of the elevator,elevator common faults and its characteristics were analyzed and summarized in this paper,the system of fault diagnosis method of this paper expounds the current electricity elevator.The elevator fault diagnosis system for the demand analysis,the elevator fault diagnosis system for the overall design and each function module design,including system remote terminals,communication controller,the database server,remote monitoring communication server,Internet server,and the design process such as fault diagnosis center.Key in an elevator,for example,the application of the BP,the fault diagnosis,including the specific process of fault diagnosis,simulation circuit,fault mode,extracting feature vector,the determination of the structure of the BP and the analysis of the fault diagnosis results.The Elevator fault diagnosis system's fault diagnosis accuracy is between in 93.33%~93.33%,and solve the present author inefficient units elevator fault detection,information level is not high.In addition,the research results of this paper are of great reference and application value for the fault diagnosis and systematic development of similar elevator equipment.
