With the rapid development of the society,people's living standard has been improved,and the demand of the automobile performance has been higher.In recent years,the automotive industry is becoming more and more popular,the domestic demand for gasoline engines,diesel engines and other automotive machine is also increasing,the quality requirements are increasingly stringent.The crankshaft is important component of diesel and gasoline engine,its function is to transfer power,while the vehicle is running under a high voltage alternating load,if the fillet of crankshaft split,It would lose the ability of working.In other words,the quality of the crankshaft directly determines the quality of the engine and the service life of the car.If we Want to improve the quality of the crankshaft effectively and ensure that the internal combustion engine can work well,great efforts are necessary in the design and processing technology.Cranks haft blank is the first step in the manufacture of crankshaft,and its quality has the key effect on the post-processing.This paper begins with the study of crankshaft manufacturing process,analyze and summarize the material,through analysis and comparison of casting and forging process of the cranks haft,it provide the basis for the manufacturing process of crankshaft blank selection.The second step,Aiming at the common problems in the domestic production enterprises in the crankshaft: old equipment,complex process,dispersed process and long term of production cycle,quality can not be guaranteed and other issues,in the key and difficult process of crankshaft production,combined with advanced technology and experience of other countries crankshaft manufacturing,with 280 type crankshaft as an example,analyse processing technology,focuse on drilling center hole,the oblique oil hole,the connecting rod journal and so on,find out problems in the process of making process,at the same time,make evaluation.This paper also analyzes the process of crankshaft milling,compares with the processing technology of the other shaft whose neck is not too fine,the principle and classification of the milling process are analyzed,through the finite element analysis method for crankshaft neck and fillet,so as to find out the shaft shortcoming of stress concentrated in the corner of the neck after milling processing technology.This paper designs a kind of technology which is more suitable for internal milling,so that the maximum stress be comes smaller.
