SAVR-2000 Excitation Regulator In The Application Of Guohuaredian 180MW Electricity Generation Project

In this paper,in the background of Guohua thermoelectric 180 MW generating set,the generator excitation system adopts SAVR2000 microcomputer self shunt excitation system produced by Nari electric control company.The system consists of excitation transformer,excitation regulator(AVR),controllable rectifier,magnetic circuit breaker and control loop.Its working principle is: the system obtains excitation energyfrom the generator by excitation transformer.The excitation transformer reduces three-phase ac voltage of generators toAc voltage that can be supported by excitation regulator.Then the voltages are sent to be rectified by Controlled rectifier.Finally,the rectifier Dc current is provided to the generator rotor through magnetic field breaker so as to establish a magnetic field.According to the programmed parameters,the AVR automatically changes the conduction angle in line with the operating conditions of the unit,so as to control the size of the magnetic field current.In order to establish the field of initial excitation magnetic,the excitation circuit is designed,excitation power of which is DC.Based on the research of Guohua thermoelectric power station project of generator excitation system,reliable theoretical basis is provided to make the generator excitation system run safely and reliably and technical support troubleshooting and technical transformation of excitation system in the future.
