In recent years the development of high-speed railway Chinese a trend which cannot be halted,with high-speed EMU represented,along with the power electronic technology,microelectronics technology,control theory and information technology continues to develop,become the last choice of AC drive railway and the development direction of high-speed and heavy load,it greatly improves the operation speed of passenger train,and become the direction of China's railway.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the design of high-power AC drive system.In this paper,a mature type HXD3 electric locomotive is taken as an example,It describes the basic structure and main functions of the control system of the high voltage power supply system.In order to ensure the normal operation of the traction drive system,the circuit must include a protective circuit and a detection circuit.In this paper,the traction drive system of electric locomotive and EMU is studied,and the control circuit is designed according to the control system.At the same time,the influence of harmonics on the power supply system and the vehicle is analyzed.Describes the various single-phase voltage type two electric four quadrant rectifier and three-phase AC asynchronous motor control strategyAC drive system mainly consists of inverter and traction motor.According to the characteristics of high-speed railway traction loads,reference CRH EMU communication control system,The influence of the system on the power system is analyzed,including the protection of the transmission line,the protection of the transformer,the protection of the generator and the busbar protection.The AC drive system and control system of HXD3 electric locomotive are analyzed and studied,and the VVVF control of traction system is analyzed briefly,The analysis,design and implementation of locomotive detection and protection circuit are presented,From the three aspects of busbar protection,line protection and generator protection,design platform standard.At last,the train network control of EMU is introduced,and the transfer process is analyzed.The research on the design of networked train traction control system and the networked control strategy are of great theoretical significance and application value to realize the high performance control of AC asynchronous traction motor under the network condition.
