As China implements the grand strategy of “the Belt and the Road”,the construction of modern rail transit in China is in a stage of rapid development.And rail transit can not only solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,but also pull the rapid development of national economy.High-speed train has become an indispensable means of transportation in people's daily life.It brings convenience and at the same time,along with the high-speed train running for a long time,some critical components of traction transmission system may be fatigued and worn,etc.It may lead to failure by lowering its reliability and make the potential security risks.Therefore,how to ensure the safe and reliable operation of high-speed train has become an in-depth study.The traction transmission system of high-speed train is researched.The basic structure,working principle and common faults of the traction transmission system of high-speed train are studied and analyzed.The 3D geometric model of high speed train power transmission system based on SolidWorks software are constructed and the static analysis of gearbox,modal analysis and thermal-structural coupling analysis of the gearbox and axle box are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to provide a theoretical basis for the correct acquisition of the monitoring information of the power transmission system.In this thesis the monitoring and early-warning system platform for the traction transmission system are constructed,which provides a safety guarantee for the reliable operation of high-speed train.The specific work is as follows:The research significance and background of the subject through the reading and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad are discussed.The basic structure,working principle and common faults of the electric traction system of high-speed train are studied and analyzed,so as to determine the evaluation index of electric traction system health status.The sensor model selection and installation location are determined according to the test requirements.At the same time,the basic structure,working principle and common faults of the power transmission system of high-speed train are studied and analyzed and the evaluation index of power transmission system health status are determined.The 3D geometric model of high speed train power transmission system based on SolidWorks software are constructed and the static analysis,modal analysis and thermal-structural coupling analysis of the gearbox are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.According to the results of ANSYS simulation analysis,the positions of relatively large stress and strain,severe vibration and high temperature on the gear transmission mechanism and box are determined,which provides theoretical guidance for the reasonable layout of monitoring sensors.Finally,the specific types and installation positions of all kinds of sensors in the power transmission system are determined according to the measurement requirements.Based on the above research and analysis,the monitoring and early-warning system of health status of High-speed train traction transmission system is designed.Including the overall construction of the hardware structure of the monitoring and early-warning system and the development of the software measurement and control system based on LabVIEW.And the monitoring and early-warning platform of health status of High-speed train traction transmission system is established based on LabVIEW.The real-time operation status of the high-speed train traction transmission system through the information acquisition system are collected,processed and analyzed.The real-time monitoring and early-warning of health status of High-speed train traction transmission system and its key parts are realized,including pantograph,traction transformer,traction converter,traction motor,traction motor bearing,gear transmission pair,gear box body,gear box bearing and axle box bearing.It provides technical guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed train.
