Precision guided weapons have become the most widely used advanced weapons in modern high technology local wars,and the world’s major military powers are developing precision guided weapons and related technologies.Laser semi-active guidance weapons,in a variety of precision guidance technology,with high precision,anti-jamming and other advantages,has become a research focus.In the semi-active laser guidance weapon system,laser irradiator is an important and indispensable part,but for a long time because of laser technology‘s limit,laser irradiator is large,complex,less reliability,which influence the application of laser semi-active guidance.In recent years,the laser diode pumped solid state laser has gradually developed,which overcomes the weakness of the price,and gradually replaced the position of the lamp pumped solid laser in the civil market.In the military field,the laser diode array pumped solid state laser has been widely used,and has the trend of replacing the lamp pumped laser with the breakthrough of the environmental adaptability and the life.This paper based on the solid state laser,with the mature of the receiver,optical and ranging extension,developed for the application in laser semi active guidance weapon system of solid state laser irradiator.In this paper,the system structure,working principle and main parameters of the integrated measuring system are designed and analyzed.The pump structure of solid state laser is optimized by ray tracing method.The driver and temperature control of LDA is analyzed.The resonant cavity and Q switch design,laser digital control scheme is proposed,and design a compact and stable mechanical structure.This paper also worked on the receiver,electronic compass and positioning system,man-machine interface,hardware and software design,optical system,power supply and interface,mechanical structure design.After detailed design and installation and debugging,finally formed to meet the requirements of solid state laser irradiator.The main indicators of the irradiator was tested and the results meet the design expectations and user requirements.
