| Due toconcrete pump meets therequirements of the current domesticenergy-saving,emission reduction,green environmental protection,efficient work and others,ithas been widely used in the construction work.The phenomenon of blockage often takes placeduring the pumping construction,and it will affect the progress and quality of the project and need to be resolved soon.In order to solve the problem of blockageduring the pumping construction,this paperdesigned a kind of anti-blockage mechanism with S-pipe and,based on the blockage mechanism of concrete in the flow channel,which can realize the smooth pumping of concrete.Firstly,it completes the design and selection of the key components in the anti-blockage mechanism,according to the reasons for the blockage of concrete pumpingand the relevant technical parameters of the hydraulic piston concrete pump.Then it analyzes the force of the main transmission elements in the anti-blocking mechanism and the contact deformation of the screw rodby the software of ANSYS Workbench in the concrete pumping construction.The result shows that the stress and strain of the screw are within the safe use of the pumping construction.In addition,the pitch of the main executive elementin the anti-blockage mechanism is optimized by MATLAB to improve the efficiency ofconcrete pumping,from the viewpoint of improving the mechanical efficiency of the concrete pumping.Secondly,it studiesthe movement characteristics of concrete fluids,according to the principle of fluid rheology.A numerical model and algorithm for pumping multiphase flow are establishedcombined with multiphase numerical simulation theory.The flow fields inside the concrete delivery tank before adding the anti-blocking mechanismand after adding the anti-blocking mechanism aresimulatedby FLUENT,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed at the sametime.The results show that the flow field distribution in the concrete delivery tank is more smooth and easy after adding the anti-blocking mechanism.Finally,the influences of the geometric parameters of S pipe on the pressure loss and the concrete flow characteristics are analyzed by theoretical calculation.According to the theory of concrete pumping,the numerical model of fluid in S pipe is constructed,and the model is numerical simulated for several times which keep the boundary conditions unchangedin the FLUENT software combined with the orthogonal experiment,to achieve the optimal design of the S pipeline geometric parameters.The results show that the distribution of concrete in the optimized S pipe is uniform and the pressure loss is reduced,which ensure the smooth flow of concrete and reduce the possibility of the concrete blockingin the S pipe. |
