In order to solve the problem of blocking in the process of concrete pumping,this paper studies and designs the pushing mechanism of the concrete pump mechanism,and designs the propeller blades in the pushing process,so that the blocking mechanism can effectively solve the problem of blocking in the concrete pump.Firstly,according to the working principle and plugging mechanism of concrete pump,the working principle of anti-blocking device is designed,and the design scheme of pump blade is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the main parameters of the device are obtained through relevant calculation,and the overall structure of the device is designed considering the manufacturability of assembly and the pumping and anti-blocking functions of the concrete pump;Then,according to the principle of fluid rheology,the motion characteristics of two-phase flow are studied,and the blade is further modeled by CATIA.the CFX module in work bench is used to analyze and compare the fluid model with and without anti-blocking mechanism.it can be proved that adding spiral blades can effectively solve the problem of pump blockage.Finally,through the fluid analysis of the blade model with different parameters,the influence degree of the blade model on the flow characteristics of the fluid is compared,and the ideal blade is finally obtained.
