| With the increase of the operation speed of the high speed train,the increasing complexity of the operating environment and the increase of the running mileage,the problem of the wheel wear is becoming more and more serious.The wheel wear is the cause of the wheel rail geometric contact relationship and the dynamic performance of the vehicle.And the wear problem is related to the driving safety,passenger comfort and service life of the wheel.Therefore,in order to prolong the service life of the wheel and reduce the operating cost of the vehicle,this paper focuses on the design and application of the XP55 thin wheel tread of the CRH5 type EMU.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The new design of the XP55 series thin wheel rim of a total of 13 kinds,from 32mm-26 mm,every 0.5mm.They are XP55-32,XP55-31.5,XP55-31,XP55-30.5,XP55-30,XP55-29.5,XP55-29,XP55-28.5,XP55-28,XP55-27.5,XP55-27,XP55-26.5,XP55-26.Standard tread flange thickness is 32.5mm,the design of such data can ensure the tread wear,can choose the thickness of flange and the closest thin wheel flange tread of lathing,effectively reduce the lathing cost.(2)The representative of XP55-30,XP55-28,XP55-26 tread profile,using ADMAS simulation.The distribution of the wheel rail contact point and the equivalent taper are basically the same as the standard shape;In the aspect of dynamic simulation,the lateral stability of the vehicle,the running stability of the vehicle body,the critical speed and the performance of the small curve are all in accordance with the evaluation criteria.(3)This paper chooses two listed in the service of CRH5 EMU.Their first cars were turning round XP55-28,XP55-26 thin rim tread profile for its long-term tracking test。Among them,the wheel profile and they wear after walking 0 kilometers in the shape of wheel tread compared to no significant difference,there were no concave wear phenomenon.The flange of wheel tread shape without obvious wear,wear them increases with the increase of running mileage,but the wear rate decreases.The wheel rail contact point on both sides of the wheel rolling circle in the name of the distribution,but for the wheel rim is basically no contact point,which is beneficial to reduce the amount of wear of wheel rim,wheel rail contact point of reasonable distribution.Two EMU in lateral displacement 3mm the equivalent taper maximum value is 0.286,the maximum average value is 0.26,which is less than the specified limit of 0.3.And the general trend of the equivalent taper increases with the increase of the running mileage.Two EMU frame lateral acceleration maximum value is 0.64 g,0.58 g,is less than the limit value 0.8g.The maximum value of the lateral stability of the vehicle body is 2.47,and the maximum of the vertical stability of the vehicle body is about 2.32,and both of the two are excellent.The lateral acceleration of the frame,the lateral stability of the vehicle body and the vertical stability are all increased with the increase of the running mileage,but not exceeding the limit at the end of the examination.In the end,the new design of the XP55 thin rim tread profile meets the practical application requirements,and the tread shape can solve results in a great waste of tread wear after lathing,effectively reduce the vehicle operating cost. |
