With the increase of vehicle ownership,traffic congestion,many traffic lights,environment worsening and petroleum increasingly exhausted,the research of vehicle start-stop technology and brake energy recovery technology is necessary.Vehicle will go and stop when it is in traffic jams or waits for the traffic lights.When the engine is in the idle state,it doesn’t work,so that not only it will waste the unnecessary fuel,but also it will produced many harmful exhaust gas to pollute the environment.In the frequent braking process,because the traditional vehicle has not corresponding braking energy recovery device,so the braking energy is absorbed by the air in the form of heat,it causes the waste of energy.Aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward a start-stop system control strategy.When vehicle waits the traffic light,the engine will shut down automatically;when the vehicle needs to start again,the engine will open automatically.At the same time,this paper puts forward a kind of braking energy feedback device,which is the combination of battery and super capacitor,not only it can undertake braking energy recovery,but also it can fully give play to the characteristics of battery and super capacitor.The aim of this article is:”the research of energy conservation and braking energy feedback based on the vehicle start-stop system”,it includes the following several aspects.1.Analyzing the working principle of vehicle start-stop system by manual and automatic shift gear vehicle.Put forward the algorithm of start-stop conditions judgment on vehicle idle,the trigger algorithm of automatic starting conditions on vehicle idle,the trigger algorithm of automatic stop conditions on vehicle idle.2.Put forward a king of braking energy feedback device which is the combination of battery and super capacitor combination,and establishing the combination pattern of battery and super capacitor is parallel,and the super capacitor is connected with the DC/DC converter.According to the several kinds of working mode of braking energy feedback device,put forward a kind of control strategy based on logic threshold to control the braking energy feedback device work.3.Establish and improve the vehicle simulation model of key components,and establisha king of new type vehicle mode which has the start-stop function and vehicle braking energy feedback function by secondary development.Put Chang an antelope vehicle as the research object,making the simulation analysis in the CYC-ECE cycle,the simulation results show that the secondary development vehicle’s fuel economy and emission performance is superior to the conventional vehicle,oil-saving efficiency can reach 12.98%;Super capacitor can reduce the impact of large current on the battery,make the battery charging and discharging more stable,prolong its service life.4.Making the bench test,the test results show that vehicle’s fuel economy is good with start-stop function,and the braking energy can be effectively recovered to start the engine again.
