With the rapid development of automobile industry as well as the gradual increases of car ownership in our country,traffic congestion and pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.Also,with oil resources drying up and other issues coming up at the same time,the development of energy conservation and emissions reduction technology is very important for us.Auto idle start-stop and energy management technology can effectively reduce the fuel consumption and increase energy utilization ratio by reasonably use the sliding energy,it’s effect is obvious in the city traffic condition.This paper studies on auto start-stop and energy management system,mainly includes the following aspects:A car idle start-stop and energy management system control strategy is being put forward,the control algorithm includes three modules:the idle stop control strategy module,idle start control strategy module and energy recovery and utilization control strategy.Then,the main control strategy which combined with the sub-modules of idle start-stop and energy management is proposed.Based on ADVISOR vehicle simulation software,auto idle start-stop and energy management system simulation model is established for the secondary development.Composited power supply model and power bus model are established to realize the function of energy recovery and utilization and engine control model is established to realize the idle start-stop function.After input the simulation parameters of the jetta cars,the idle start-stop control and energy management system simulation model is simulated at the ECE+EUDC and ECE circulation conditions.By comparing the simulation results of secondary development model and the traditional models,we verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.The simulation results show that the control system can realize the idle start-stop function for good fuel economy by 10.1 percent and effectively recycle slide energy for the use of idle start.In this way,it improves energy utilization efficiency and reduces automobile energy consumption.Test results are obtained from the test platform,then the results are compared with those of the ADVISOR simulation.The test results show that the test platform can well realize the idle start-stop and energy management functions so as to obtain good fuel economy and improve energy utilization.Contrastive analysis shows that the modeling simulation results and experimental results are basically identical and the error is about 2.7 percent which is in the reasonable scope,the simulation is accurate and reliable.In this paper,the innovation points of the study are as follows:(1)Put forward the car idle start-stop and energy management system control strategy,the system can effectively achieve the idle start-stop function and obtain good fuel economy.At the same time,it recycles car’s slidingenergy for the use of idle start to improve energy utilization;(2)Use the ADVISOR vehicle simulation software for secondary development,set up the auto idle start-stop and energy management system simulation model,the simulation result is obtained after the simulation running;(3)Apply the research method of combining the results of test platform and simulation software,experimental data proves the application effect of idle start-stop and energy management system,it also verify the accuracy and reliability of the software simulation.
