Water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering as our new energy projects in an increasingly important role in the field of national economy, especially the declining share of coal in energy, looking for alternative sources of energy is more urgent, the exception is undoubtedly the world's major developed countries hydroelectric power,so the water conservancy and hydropower development is particularly important for China's national energy strategy optimization. At present, our water resources and hydropower project risk research has formed a relatively comprehensive system, but compared to other developed countries,Water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering risks management related research lag obviously,a lot of theory and practice, theoretical research can't keep up with the change of practice,on the basis of the perfection and development of water resources and hydropower research risk management in our country has the very vital significance. This paper mainly studies the basic theory of risk management, especially the research of water resources and hydropower engineering project investment risk management, analyzed the meaning of risk management, property, contents, characteristics, organization, goal, etc. And discusses several relevant method of risk analysis, such as construction site safety production test, flow chart method, brainstorming, scenario analysis,Delphi method,SWOT analysis, risk evaluation and other methods, finally using AHP and Fuzzy risk comprehensive evaluation method to analysis of a practical hydropower station, set up mathematical model of index,The advantages of the hydropower station and the aspects to be improved are discussed.
