Crane is a large machine which can complete to lift and to transport,it has the characteristics of a high structure and high speed.As the progress of the times and the rapidly development of high-tech,lifting transport industry in order to pursue the maximization of interests,the weight of the rising cargo requirements are increasing,and the efficiency of lifting transport faster and faster.For the movement of the crane which is faced with suddenly gusts or hurricanes,that caused crane's braking force is insufficient or the braking distance is too long.Therefore,the problem of safety braking for wind load is closely to the normal operation of the crane.Taking the gantry of a port as the engineering background,this thesis provides the theoretical basis for braking method and analyze the braking effect of working cranes between the wind load and braking force.The paper presents the analysis method of the substructure model,the braking process based on the whole structure and the substructure under the wind load,it can be inferred a conclusion between the whole structure and the substructure,on this basis,the simulation of the braking form of the wheel group is be carried out,according to the velocity process curve of the wheel group's braking,a pair of wheel group's braking force is more than the single wheel's braking.During the analysis of the braking capacity of the front and rear wheels,the wheel pressure is changed on account of the horizontal wind load.In a certain wind pressure,even if the sufficient braking torque is sufficient,the wheels group is not effectively braking.According to the substructure's analysis,the braking process of the whole structure is be carried out,it can be inferred that wheels pressure are inconsistent in different positions,and it can't be effectively braking with the safety braking torque.In summary,it can be obtained that the wheel pressure is not uniform due to the horizontal wind load in the process of motion,and it finally lose the braking capacity.The main contents of the paper include:(1)According to the dynamic analysis of the process of Crane's braking,the relevant dynamic model and the dynamic equations are established;(2)With using 3D solid modeling software Pro / E,to build the three-dimensional solid model of gantry crane and the substructure model of wheel group,and to add a constraint on the model;(3)With using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS,after applying the corresponding constraints and loads to each of the whole structure and substructure,with the simulation requirements,the three-dimensional visual simulation of braking process dynamics is carried out;(4)After dealing with the results under various of conditions,the relationship between the crane structure and the substructure is obtained,and the reason of the crane failure is affected by the wind load,and the simulation results are optimized.The safety of the crane will be got a reliable guarantee.
