| Urban rail transit has always been one of the main means of public transportation.With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the maturity of construction methods,the construction and operation of metro and other rail transit lines has entered a period of rapid development.Gantry crane is the main hoisting machinery in metro construction to cooperate with shield machine operation,its operation safety management level has a great impact on the construction safety of metro construction.However,at present,the gantry crane in metro construction site is faced with the risk of accidents caused by brake failure.The management level of its brake safety always affects the safety management of gantry crane and the construction quality and safety of metro construction.Solving the risk threat of gantry crane braking failure and improving the braking safety management of gantry crane has become an important problem to be solved in the process of high-quality development of metro construction.In the face of the management and improvement of the brake safety of gantry crane,this thesis comprehensively applies accident tree analysis,finite element simulation analysis,data collection and braking performance evaluation technology to provide information technology support for brake safety management.A series of methods for monitoring and evaluating the safety of the gantry crane are proposed based on the risk analysis and simulation design.According to the monitoring data of gantry crane,the results of the brake performance evaluation of the relevant working mechanism are output continuously.In the thesis,firstly,aiming at the braking failure,which is an important cause of gantry crane overturning accident,the thesis applies the finite element analysis method to simulate and analyze various braking failure conditions of the gantry crane.Combined with the finite element simulation analysis model of the gantry crane and the wind load model of the subway construction site,the dynamic response characteristics and response relationship of the gantry crane in the braking process are deeply analyzed.Base on simulation analysis,the thesis further designs a monitoring and evaluation method of gantry crane braking safety in metro construction site,applies intelligent algorithm and braking performance evaluation method to evaluate the braking performance of gantry crane.The monitoring and evaluation scheme proposed in this thesis is implemented in the pilot site of a metro construction project.Combined with the evaluation data of the gantry crane braking performance obtained from the engineering test,it provides information support for the safety management of the gantry crane on site. |
