Floating slab track is a kind of track structure with good damping effect,which is widely used in urban rail transit.Vibration isolator is the core component of vibration damping.Due to the long-term external force and adverse external environment,the performance of the vibration isolator is easy to decline.The traditional rubber vibration isolator is arranged below the floating plate,which is difficult to be replaced and repaired.In this paper,a new type of rubber vibration isolation floating slab track is taken as the research object,which has the characteristics of structural optimization and convenient replacement.According to the relevant standards,the test method of vibration isolator is established,the mechanical performance of the isolator is tested by MTS test bench,and the curve with hysteretic characteristic is drawn.The Bouc-Wen mathematical model is selected to describe the mechanical characteristics of the rubber isolator,and the unknown parameters of the model are identified by GA-PS method.The results show that the Bouc-Wen mathematical model can accurately simulate the hysteresis curve,which has a high coincidence rate;The effectiveness of the GA-PS identification method is verified.The finite element model of floating slab is established by using ANSYS software,and the whole vehicle model and flexible track model are established by using ADAMS/RAIL software.A rigid flexible coupling track model through two software interface functions is built,and a train-rail-floating slab coupled model is built based on it.By using the method of ADAMS-MATLAB co-simulation,the validity of the model was verified,and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out under various conditions,the displacement deformation of the isolator is studied,and the influence of rubber damper on the vibration response of the floating slab and the ride comfort of the train are emphatically analyzed.The results show that the vibration isolationperformance of the new type of rubber isolator is fully in line with the requirements,and verify the correctness of the modeling and simulation method.The results of this paper provide a solid theoretical and technical support for the design,test and routine maintenance of floating plate isolator.
