Hollow toughened laminated glass is a modern high-rise building new glass curtain wall composite structure, with thermal insulation,noise,anti-condensation and other excellent performance, but also has a resistance to a certain load and impact of the role of the combination of hollow glass and laminated glass Of the advantages,so that in recent years has gradually become a modern high-rise building glass curtain wall of choice. The disaster caused by some human or unavoidable natural factors still threatens everyone’s safety. Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and property,to avoid the disaster caused by indoor staff by the glass debris splash damage, hollow steel laminated glass anti-blast performance and the contrast of various types of glass is hot and domestic and foreign research.Based on the work and research results of anti-blast performance of glass curtains in recent years, this paper studies the dynamic response of hollow laminated laminated glass under the explosive load by means of finite element simulation and theoretical analysis As well as the hollow steel laminated glass in the anti-blast performance with the insulating glass and laminated glass contrast. The concrete contents are as follows:(1)The hollow laminated glass model was established by using LS-DYNA finite element software.Based on the multi-material ALE algorithm, the hollow sandwich glass was simulated at 35 g TNT and 50 cm,The effect of the change on the dynamic response of the glass plate was analyzed by changing the PVB sandwich properties and the thickness of the hollow gas layer.(2)under the same conditions, the use of LS-DYNA software, respectively, compared the hollow laminated glass and laminated glass and hollow laminated glass and hollow glass core deflection,so to compare the three kinds of glass anti-blast performance,The results for the selection and design of anti-explosive glass to provide reference basis.(3)Based on the theory of small deflection and the calculation of the equivalent thickness of insulating glass and laminated glass, the deflection of the hollow steel laminated glass under the simplified explosive load is calculated theoretically and the theoretical maximum plateau deflection And the value obtained by numerical simulation is verified by comparison.Through the above research,it is concluded that:(1)the deflection of the center of the hollow laminated glass under the explosive load is larger than that of the upper plate, which indicates that the hollow laminated glass subjected to the explosion load On the board obvious.(1)As the thickness of the gas layer increases, the deflection of the upper glass plate of the hollow tempered glass decreases and the deflection of the lower glass plate increases, indicating that the larger the thickness of the hollow gas layer is,the lower the glass is liable to break. And the maximum deflection rate of the center of the bed changes abruptly when the thickness of the hollow gas layer is 12 mm.(2)under certain thickness of gas layer, with the PVB sandwich Young’s modulus increases, the upper and lower glass plate deflection are reduced. And the Young & apos;s modulus of PVB reaches 500 MPa,the maximum deflection rate of the plate center is abruptly changed. Therefore, under this condition, the thickness of the hollow gas layer should not exceed 12 mm,while the PVB Young’s modulus should not be less than 500 MPa.Second, the same size of the hollow laminated glass compared to the laminated glass, hollow laminated glass inside the glass plate maximum deflection than the laminated glass reduced by 1/4;Similarly,the same conditions under the hollow steel laminated glass up and down two glass Than the insulating glass, the deflection was reduced by half and 1/3.The combination of the above two kinds of results, have shown that hollow laminated glass has a better anti-explosive.
