The stainless steel concrete steel pipe composite member is a new combination form based on the research foundation of the traditional hollow sandwich concrete filled steel tube composite component.The main difference is that the outer steel pipe is made of stainless steel.This is mainly due to the poor corrosion resistance of the conventional hollow sandwich covered low carbon steel.The adoption of stainless steel can essentially solve the problem of corrosion,and the requirements of the surrounding environment are also reduced to the minimum.Moreover,during the service period,the impact accident often occurs,and the seriousness of the accident consequence is often immeasurable.However,there are few reports on the study of hollow sandwich composite structures,especially those under impact loading.Therefore,this paper carried out the research on the mechanical properties of stainless steel concrete composite hollow sandwich steel tubular members under lateral impact of the relevant parameters and studied by using finite element software analysis of the effects of combination of components of Crash worthiness performance.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the experiment of the stainless steel concrete pipe composite component under lateral impact is carried out.The design parameters include impact height,axial pressure ratio and void ratio.The orthogonal range analysis,the test results obtained: stainless steel compositemembers under lateral impact,showing good crash worthiness performance,and the stainless steel composite component peak impact force is the biggest impact of hollow ratio.Secondly,the finite element analysis of stainless steel composite members is carried out,and the effect of strain rate is taken into account.The accuracy of the finite element model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.Thirdly,the finite element model has been used to analyze the whole process of impact and to analyze the impact velocity and the wall thickness parameters of the internal steel tube.
