Tube loading pipeline hydraulic transport is an environmentally friendly,energy efficient,efficient and safe way of transport.The transport mode is in line with the concept of sustainable development in China,which is a new energy saving and environmental protection pipeline hydraulic transmission method.This kind of transportation method is different from the traditional hydraulic pipeline of hydraulic pipeline and type pipe.It is a kind of science and technology which has great research and development prospects in the new era,and has a very broad application development prospect.In this paper,combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China,"Pipeline Train Hydraulic Transport Energy Research(51179116)","Pipeline Slot Spiral Flow Hydraulic Characteristics Study(51109155)" and Shanxi Province Natural Science Foundation Project(2015011067)through experimental and numerical simulation method,The flow velocity characteristics of the slotted spiral flow are studied for the flow of different dike bars,drawing the following conclusions:(1)When the length of the vane is the only variable,the velocity of thepipeline in the pipeline increases with the length of the vane.When the vehicle is the only variable,the velocity of the pipeline is from large to large The L ×D = 150 × 60 mm pipeline car,we can see that the end area of the vehicle car on the migration speed is greater than the impact of the pipeline,L × D = 150× 70 mm pipeline car,L × D = 100 × 70 mm pipeline car,The length of the car.(2)When the flow length of different diversion bar is in the straight pipe,the velocity distribution of the water flow in the gap near the pipeline is slightly different,mainly in the vortex area where the flow velocity is formed and the velocity gradient becomes larger.For the same pipeline,the distribution of the three-dimensional velocity along the vehicle body flow direction is from unstable to stable approximation,and then gradually become unstable.The axial velocity distribution of the slit flow is relatively stable with respect to its radial and circumferential velocity distributions,and the value of the axial velocity is much larger than the radial and circumferential velocity of the slug flow.The increase in the length of the vane affects the flow The direction of the radial flow,the longer the flow bar,the direction of the water from the center of the pipeline more;the same type of pipeline with the length of the guide bar increases,the gap within the cross-section of the vertical flow rate was increased trend.(3)In the case of other operating conditions,the cross section of the cross section of the vehicle is used as the study section.It is concluded that the axial flow velocity of the slit flow reaches the maximum at 44 mm from the center ofthe pipeline when there is no diversion bar near the polar axis When there is a diversion bar near the polar axis,the axial flow velocity of the shaft changes obviously,and the value is larger as the distance from the center of the pipeline is larger.(4)In the case of other conditions unchanged,the axial velocity of the test plane on the polar axis of the gap is similar to that in the direction of the vehicle body,and then increased from the rear of the vehicle to the front of the vehicle.Reduced "M" font trend.And the radial and circumferential velocity of the gap flow is higher than that of the five sections on the vehicle body,and a larger value appears at the four sections.(5)By comparing the average velocity of the pipeline with different diversion bar length,the average velocity of the gap flow and the average velocity of the water flow in the pipeline,the relationship between the three is discussed.On the basis of this,The average velocity of the pipeline and the rate of change of the average flow velocity of the gap flow are analyzed.The influence of the length of different diversion bars on the speed of the pipeline and the average velocity of the traffic flow is analyzed.(6)Through the numerical simulation method,the three-dimensional velocity of the slug flow field in the pipeline with different diversion bar length is simulated and compared with the experimental results.The results are basically the same.
