Study On Task Scheduling And Dispatch In Collaborative Product Development

Net based collaborative product design is a modern product design model of collaborative multidisciplinary group in the distributed network environment,it refers to the multidisciplinary group personnel design goals,for a complex product coordinate and cooperate with each other to complete a product design process.The purpose of collaborative design is to improve the efficiency of product design,shorten the product design cycle,and improve product market competitiveness.Task scheduling and task scheduling is one of the core issues of networked cooperative product design research,product realization is the primary solution to collaborative design problems,therefore,it is important for the study of collaborative design in task scheduling and task scheduling strategy.Based on the analysis of the networked collaborative research status at home and abroad ordering and scheduling of design tasks and the use of key technologies,aiming at the complex relationship between the product design task after the resolution of sub tasks,this thesis presents a construction of task type fuzzy matrix method based on the cooperative task scheduling strategy.First of all,the degree of correlation between tasks of product design task set,and the introduction of an important parameter to the degree of importance to sort all the task set reference;secondly,the analysis of coupled task set between the degree and the degree of parallelism,determine the allocation strategy of task execution time and by the establishment of good sorting rules and to establish the dynamic state model of task scheduling strategy.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm and strategy are verified by experiments.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The research of task decomposition and scheduling problem in collaborative design process.Aiming at the characteristics of the coupling degree and the importance of the task,a task sequencing method for collaborative design is established.And the allocation strategy of task time.(2)The design of parallel and serial scheduling problems in collaborative.In order to solve the problem of dynamic uncertainty in collaborative design tasks,a parallel scheduling strategy is proposed.(3)A networked collaborative design task sequencing and scheduling management prototype system is designed and developed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The research of task scheduling and scheduling for networked product collaborative design provides an effective method for the process management of product design under the environment of collaborative innovation.
