All aspects of people's life inevitably require a stable power supply.With the rapid development of power electronics,especially after the power electronics is applied in the field of power,the problem between living standards and the quality of electricity supply is being solved.Due to the combination of the LLC resonant converter and stabilizer,an efficient stabilizer is produced.It abandons the iron-magnetic structure of the current ones,and it has higher frequency and smaller volume at the same time.Its electrical isolation between the input and the output is the most important advantage.This research has broad market and distinct realistic meaning.The topology designed in this dissertation,is composed of single stage PFC-LLC circuit and inverter circuit.Firstly,the circuit structure and characteristics of PFC circuit and LLC resonant converter are studied,and the resonant converter is modeled.Besides,its working state,range of working frequency and rated working point are studied through modeling.In this way,it can cope with PFC circuit to realize voltage transformation and its soft-switch.This circuit can reduce the use of devices,and it is greatly significant to reduce switching losses and improve stability.Secondly,the structure and working mode of single stage PFC-LLC circuit are further studied,and the parameter design and control strategy are studied.A closed loop control system based on double loop control is designed in Simulink,and good closed-loop simulation results are obtained.The inverter based on SPWM and its closed loop control system are designed to verify the valid performance of the main circuit.Finally,making use of the work state of each level circuit and the restriction relation among each other,each component of the main circuit is calculated and selected.Through the design of correlation sampling circuit,signal processing circuit and control circuit,an experimental prototype was made.As the result the actual waveform of the prototype is the same as the theoretical analysis and simulation.The output AC voltage can reach the actual demand,thus voltage regulator function is realized.
