Long-span cable-stayed bridge is developing rapidly.In recent years,China's construction of a large span cable-stayed bridge,steel tower manufacturing characteristics as convenient installation,so many of them are made of steel towers.However,the steel tower in the manufacturing process as well as the lifting and transportation while also facing a lot of technical challenges.This article firstly summarizes the the key technology of steel tower manufacturing included Nanjing bridge steel tower,steel tower of Taizhou Changjiang river highway bridge projects,mainly relying on the main steel tower project HZMB Jiuzhou Channel Bridge.Detailed analysis of the key technologies Jiuzhou Channel steel bridge main tower of manufacture comprising: determining the overall steel tower manufacturing solutions,large segments of steel tower manufacturing solutions as well as specific manufacturing process,a large section of the overall machining technology steel tower segments,transportation lifting program crank steel tower segments and force in the process of calculation.Next,due to the curved steel tower manufacturing difficulty of the project,it is a detailed study of key technical analysis curvilinear steel main tower manufacturing.Including: geometric accuracy curved panel unit control technology;effective measures to control the appearance quality taken;measures pre-assembled as a good control precision taken;in the bridge position,the segment steel tower erected precision control;steel tower manufacturer during good use of auxiliary facilities.Finally,the biggest obstacle to the project made possible by the lifting and transportation of steel towers,steel towers in the lifting and transportation stages required to meet the force requirements.In this process,the steel tower to stability checking,checking and inspecting calculation in force steel tower supported wind stability,thus ensuring the safety of the steel tower at this stage.After calculation of finite element software Midas Civil,steel tower in the lifting and transportation stages of the force to meet the requirements.
