The road conditions of modern special vehicle is complex,with bumpy road and bad environment.More attention is paid to the special vehicle in vibration reduction and noise reduction,But special vehicle are many varieties,small batches and short products.It needs a long time,high cost for a special car to reduce noise and control vibration.And it's low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to propose a general vibration and noise reduction method for special vehicles.Which is used to product a series of modular structural elements to Meet different needs of different vehicle.And the modularization and generalization of special vehicle vibration control and noise reduction are realized.The subject of the study was the special vehicle.By the method of modular design,design module material,thickness,size and adhesion method and the matching relationship with car body,realizing the vibration control and noise reduce of special vehicle.Therefore,it can meet the generalization of different vehicle,with Lower design and processing costs.The vibration noise sources mainly include the noise of the engine itself,the noise of the road and the vibration noise of the body structure.This topic mainly studies the vibration noise design problem of the power unit,Calculate the rubber cushioning pad match and Change the size,shape and material of rubber cushioning pads to meet the needs of most special vehicles and Implement modularity and generalizations.The structure of special car is complicated,and in the process of design and installation,because of the structural reason,there is a gap of different sizes and shapes.According to the various cracks in the special car,Design stitched packing elements,So,solving this problem,and forming A modular component.For the various types of holes in the special car,modular generalization method is put forward,and change the size and number of the rubber blockage,form the combined modular structure components,meet the use requirements of different models,with the implementation of special car line hole modular.This article mainly carried out the following research:(1)Using ADAMS analysis software,the dynamic model of vehicle was established,which simulated different road and engine excitation,and obtained the vibration characteristics of the vehicle.According to the road excitation,the engine excitation and car body vibration,For the modular design of the cushioning pad,empirical formula calculation method was adopted to design the different stiffness and damping pad size,and the damping pad stress calculation and analysis,the simulation results show that meet the requirement of stress,and implements is suitable for most of the special vehicle vibration cushion modular design.(2)Developing the composite hole plugging elements,using the LMS.Acoustic.lab and Based on the boundary element method,the acoustic model of the power unit was established.Studied the influence of different frequencies of vibration noise,the simulation results show that the lowest noise reduction is 2dB,the highest noise is 20 dB,which meets the requirement of the vehicle's noise reduction,and realizes the modularization and generalization of the structure element of the plug structure.(3)By using the method of cutting optimization of rectangular pieces,Optimization algorithm was studied for the irregular crack.And splicing type module structure was proposed,namely,by using the method of the main block and sub-block splicing to satisfy different models gap sealing problems,reduce material waste,and save cost.The simulation results showed that the maximum noise reduction is 4 db,meeting the requirement of the vehicle noise.The modular and generalizing components of sealing structure are realized.In the same way,the same approach applies to the wall panel.(4)The results of the calculation in the previous analysis were carried out,and the overall sealing scheme of a special car was chosen.The effectiveness of the modularization method is verified by the test test.
