Bearing is the most important component of machine operation.It has a simple structure,the friction coefficient is small,fast start,easy installation.The main function of bearing is to support the mechanical rotating body andreduce the friction coefficient during its movement,and to ensure its rotation accuracy.High-speed heavy-duty bearings with high speed,high temperature,heavy load and other characteristics.So the working state of the environment of bearing is very bad and Resulting in a sharp rise in bearing temperature.Serious temperature rise phenomenon will cause the contact surface material softening,bearing burns,resulting in bearing fatigue failure,and even lead to bearing ahead of scrapped.While the bearing temperature rise will lead to the viscosity of the surrounding lubricant decreased and bearing capacity will be further weakened.Therefore,the study of bearing temperature field is of great significance.In this paper,the temperature rise of the bearing is studied from two aspects.On the one hand,the research on the overall heating power of the bearing is studied macroscopically.On the other hand,the research on the calorific value of the bearing overload area is studied.Based on the temperature-solid coupling method,the finite element model of the heat-solid two-way coupling of the friction and heat generation of the bearing is established.The advantage of the model is that it can simulate the heat production in the heavy load area during the bearing work,and can observe the bearing In the actual work of the temperature changes over time and the bearing temperature field for quantitative analysis.The main contents of this paper include the following:(1)Feasibility simulation of friction and heat generation simulation methodTaking the example of plate thermal conductivity and friction heat generation as the theoretical comparison model,the relevant parameters of the finite element model are adjusted to make the simulation results consistent with the theory,and the relevant parameters of the thermo-solid coupling finite element model are obtained.The thermo-solid coupling of the bearing friction heat generation finite element model laid the foundation.(2)Theoretical calculation of bearing friction heating powerThe heating power of the bearing was studied by four kinds of calculation models,such as friction torque,Palmgren friction torque,Harris friction torque and SKF friction torque.The similarities and differences of the four calculation models were compared.The load frictional moments caused by the load of the bearing are studied separately,and the average heat flux density of the bearing is discussed.The average heat flux of the bearing is calculated.For the follow-up bearing temperature field simulation and theoretical comparison,to further verify the correctness of the simulation method to do bedding.(3)Transient simulation and theoretical comparison of bearing friction heat productionThe theoretical value of the heating power of the bearing and the theoretical value of the load frictional torque are compared and verified by finite element analysis.The theoretical and simulated values of the average heat flux are also verified.(4)Bearing heating factorThe influence of speed and load on the calorific value of the bearing is studied by a single variable,and the heat flux density and the heat generation rate of the bearing overload region are revealed,which provides a reference for the design of the bearing.In this paper,a transient simulation method based on thermal-solid coupling bearing friction is developed.The method can simulate the temperature of the bearing in real condition with time,and then we can see the heat generation in the overloaded area,This kind of analysis method can provide accurate heat source for the bearing temperature field analysis,so as to prevent the bearing raceway burning,ahead of retirement has a certain guiding significance.
