The rolling-sliding bearing is a new type of bearing designed on the basis of rolling bearing.In this paper,the friction moment and transient temperature field of the rolling-sliding bearing are simulated by dynamic software and finite element software.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Based on the bearing elastic contact theory,the calculation method and measurement principle of friction moment,the lubrication state of the rolling-sliding bearing is analyzed,the oil film thickness is calculated and the method of selecting friction coefficient under the lubrication state is given,the friction moment number model of the rolling-sliding bearing is established and the calculation method of heat flux of the rolling-sliding bearing is put forward.A three dimensional dynamic model of rolling-sliding bearing was established by ADAMS dynamic software,and the stress characteristics of roller and slider during the starting process of rolling-sliding were analyzed.The results show that when the roller and the slider move to the bottom of the bearing,the collision force between the inner and outer rings on the roller and the slider is the largest.The collision force between roller and slider in the starting stage is greater than that in the stable stage of rotating speed.The friction torque of the slider on the inner and outer ring is greater than the friction torque of the roller on the inner and outer ring,and the starting friction torque of the rolling-sliding bearing is obviously greater than the kinetic friction torque.The friction torque of the inner and outer rings is basically the same in the stable stage of the bearing speed.In the starting stage,the friction torque on the inner ring is slightly greater than the friction torque on the outer ring.The influence factors of friction torque of rolling-sliding bearing are analyzed by ADAMS dynamics software,and the influence of different working conditions and structural parameters on friction torque is studied.The results show that radial load,inner ring speed,clearance between roller and slider,radial clearance,radius of slider curvature,initial position of roller and slider all have certain influence on the starting friction moment and dynamic friction moment of rolling-sliding bearing,among which the radial load has the greatest influence.The starting friction moment and dynamic friction moment of the rolling-sliding bearing increase with the increase of radial load,rotational speed and the radius of the inner arc of the slider,and decrease with the increase of the clearance between the roller slider and the radius of the outer arc of the slider.The starting friction torque increases with the increase of radial clearance,while the dynamic friction torque decreases with the increase of radial clearance.The clearance and radial clearance between the roller and the slider are too large to cause the bearing to start the process of instability and vibration,the lower position of the slider relative to the lower position of the roller,the starting friction torque and kinetic friction torque are larger.Based on the thermal principle,the dynamic model established by ADAMS was imported into the ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the overall temperature field distribution of the rolling-sliding bearing.The temperature rise in the heavy load area was mainly studied,and the influence of special conditions on the temperature in the heavy load area was simulated.The results show that the bearing area has the most serious temperature,the non-bearing area has a small temperature rise,and the sliding block has the most serious temperature rise in the bearing area.The temperature rise of the outer ring is more drastic than that of the inner ring,and the temperature curves of the inner and outer rings are serrated.Under cyclic impact load and instantaneous impact load,the unit temperature rise is more severe under relatively stable load,and the closer it is to the maximum radial position of the outer ring,the greater the temperature rise.In the start-stop process,the unit heat flux in the steady-state phase > in the starting phase > in the stopping phase shows that the temperature rises more violently after the rotational speed reaches a stable value.
