Research On The Construction Of Disaster Prevention Parks In Mountainous Cities

The contradiction between man and land in mountain area of China is more prominent.In order to live,People begin to carry out a large area and large volume of mountain embankment excavation,make the original fragile mountain environmental disasters more frequent,and formed a disaster chain,a serious threat to human survival.The developed countries pay more and more attention to the construction of emergency shelters,so as to strengthen the urban disaster prevention ability and reduce the losses caused by disasters.However,the research and construction of this area in China is relatively lagging behind,especially in mountain city.The disaster prevention park is a kind of green space for the main function of entertainment,recreation and disaster prevention and disaster,people pay more and more attention.But for now,the mountain city disaster prevention park is lack of research related to the status quo.First of all,according to Li Shuhua,"disaster prevention city green space planning and design" in disaster prevention city green safety evaluation and main content of the literature both at home and abroad and the related theory are summarized,combining to the difference of the mountain city and plain city.The author tries to put forward the characteristics of urban disaster prevention park.Including habitat suitability,capacity layout rationality,emergency facilities perfect,ecological sustainability,evacuation road accessibility of five elements.Secondly,4 typical disaster prevention parks in Chongqing city were investigated and analyzed,according to the five elements,the current situation of disaster prevention park was analyzed.From the location,topography and other factors to analyze the suitability of site environment;From the functional zoning,unsuitable for the completion of the region,suitable for the completion of the regional analysis of the layout of the reasonableness of the capacity;Analysis on the perfection of emergency facilities from emergency shelter and rescue activities;Analysis of sustainability of ecological greening from plant species and plant configuration;Analysis of accessibility of refuge road from the entrance of the park and the internal and external traffic conditions.Have summed up the main urban area of Chongqing city disaster prevention park problems,and the problems are discussed and studied,then put forward policy suggestions of strategies to solve the related problems...
