With the rapid growing of global car ownership,the resulting scrap car ternary catalytic converters are also growing.But the corresponding traditional recycling can't be able to adapt to the recovery of waste three catalytic converters.On the other hand,the information age is coming so that it is necessary to establish an information recycling model in order to achieve information and control of recycling.In this paper,The Research and Realization of Recycling system oriented Car ternary catalytic converters are realized.It realized the automation and informatization of the three-way catalytic converter.The main tasks include:(1)The research on the recycling mechanism of the car ternary catalytic converters and the demand of the automated informatization are carried out.On this basis,we clarified the functional requirements of the control information.(2)Combined with the relevant requirements,We design the function of the t ternary catalytic converters.The mechanical and electrical integration technology is used to design the control circuit and the main mechanical structure of the recovery device.And the information transmission function of the embedded system on the recovery device is designed.(3)Combined with the related requirements,the function design of the three yuan catalytic converter management system is designed,and the management platform database is designed according to the function structure design.Finally,the recovery management platform is developed.(4)Combined with the design of the recovery system of the three unit catalytic converter,the prototype of the recovery device was made and the integrated test was carried out with the prototype and the recovery management platform.After preliminary test,the system meets the requirements of control and informatization.
