| Material drying is a huge energy consumption process,the traditional drying methods need to consume large amounts of coal,gasoline and other petrochemical energy,which cause serious environmental pollution.On the other hand,the problem of energy shortage is becoming more and more serious.In order to solve the above field drying dilemma,this paper presents the Extension Petri Net(EPN)this modeling tool,designed solar energy as the mainly energy,air energy as the secondary energy,power as the assisted emergency energy hybrid renewable energy drying equipment(Hybrid Renewable Energy Dryer,HRED).Further research contents are as follows:(1)EPN and its expression method are proposed to describe the system structure of HRED,and to establish the energy flow function model of HRED.EPN based on the HRED design process,in fact,this process is an extension of the product design process driven by the energy flow model.(2)I studied the EPN energy flow function model,which is the function structure mapping method of HRED.Since the design information of HRED is expressed in the form of primitive elements,the extension method can be applied to the design process of HRED.In addition,the Petri network has a good ability to describe the "system flow",so EPN can accurately describe the HRED system.(3)Ant colony algorithm and EPN evaluation model are combined with each other,which evaluated and optimized the obtained HRED structure design scheme.Using the extension of EPN model method,will get a lot of structure design scheme each of the scheme has different characteristics and attribute,that need to use multi-objective optimization algorithm to select the solution of the optimal structure of HRED(4)This paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of EPN to describe the HRED system in every aspect of the extension design,which shows that EPN has a unique advantage in the modeling of HRED.(5)The Polysun software is used to simulate the hybrid renewable energy drying equipment.The key problems such as energy,efficiency and economy of the system are analyzed in detail.The simulation results show that the parameters of the drier accord with the design requirements.The results show that the EPN expands the expression ability of Petri net,enriches the methods of Petri net of practical problems solving,which makes the Petri network in the modeling of hybrid renewable energy drying equipment more accurate and flexible when using.On the other hand,EPN provides a graphical method for the extension of the extension method,which makes the communication of the designers more convenient and the sharing of the information comes true. |
