Microwave hot air coupling drying combines the principles of microwave drying and hot air drying.It is a drying method in which microwaves and hot air act together on dry materials,and has the advantages of microwave drying and hot air drying.In this paper,by studying the drying characteristics of microwave hot air coupling drying of mosaic paper,a process model suitable for microwave drying coupled drying of mosaic paper is determined,the drying process conditions are optimized,and the energy consumption efficiency and the quality of the dried product are used as indicators,and other drying is performed.Methods A comparative study was conducted.Through detailed analysis,based on the existing equipment,the drying equipment for drying mosaic paper was optimized,and the production efficiency and energy consumption of the optimized equipment were tested.The article mainly studies as follows:The changes of the effect of hot air temperature,microwave power density and hot air velocity on the moisture content and drying rate during the drying process were studied.The drying time of the mosaic paper sticker decreases with the increase of the hot air temperature and then increases.As the power density increases,the drying time gradually decreases.With the increase of the hot air velocity,the drying time decreases first and then increases.The microwave hot air coupling drying process mainly includes four stages:accelerated drying stage,deceleration drying stage,re-acceleration drying stage,and re-deceleration drying stage.The drying process mainly occurs in the first deceleration drying stage and the second accelerated drying stage,and there is no obvious Uniform drying stage.2.Based on the previous experiments,determine the range of hot air temperature,microwave power density and hot air velocity.According to the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design principle,design and analysis of multi-factor tests to obtain the factors and the quality of the drying rate Mathematical model and determine the best drying process.3.Using microwave drying,hot air drying and microwave hot-air coupling drying method,the mosaic paper paste was dried,and a comparative study was conducted from the aspect of energy consumption efficiency.The results show that the energy consumption efficiency of microwave hot air coupling drying and microwave drying is much better than that of hot air drying.The energy consumption efficiency of microwave hot air coupling drying is less than the energy consumption efficiency of microwave drying.However,the drying rate is significantly better than microwave drying and hot air drying.4.For the shortage of mosaic paper drying equipment,the optimization goal was determined and the existing equipment was improved.The improved part is mainly composed of a microwave drying system and a hot air drying system.The main feature is that the efficient drying capability of microwave hot air coupling drying makes the length of the drying chamber of the dryer drastically shortened,greatly reducing the equipment's floor space,improving the production capacity of the equipment and reducing the energy consumption of the equipment.Reached the intended goal of the design.
