With the “One Belt and One Road” strategy layout,the high-level equipment manufacturing industry of China is further pushed.Hydraulic technology also followed the transformation and upgrading,and began to develop along the direction of high pressure and heavy load.As the key technology in development and production of hydraulic components and hydraulic system,hydraulic testing technique is an important means to validate product performance,reliability,life and so on.In order to produce a hydraulic pump that meets the requirements of high pressure-heavy load,it is necessary to obtain theoretical guidance based on hydraulic test,so as to further optimize the structure and production process of high pressure pump.Aiming at common in construction machinery 30-40 MPa high-pressure piston pump ex-works testing,a integrated control based on industrial PC and PLC of the manual-automatic test system is developed in this paper.The test system is based on hydraulic CAT(Computer Aided Test)technology,using Delphi which has powerful graphical interface and numerous component functions as integrated development environment.At the same time,data acquisition card is choose in this test system to input and output analog signals and the test data is input to the industrial PC by sensors to conduct analysis and interactive processing to build a closed loop control system so that a reliable control of motor speed and load pressure is achieved.PLC,switch control card,voltage comparators and manual switches are used to implement manual-automatic control for test status.This makes high-pressure piston pump test system have a good man-machine interface of industrial PC and the reliability of PLC logic judgment at the same time.Finally,displaying and calculation of sampling data,selection and controlling of test parameters,monitoring and management of working status and other functions of this test system are implemented.Field use shows that the test system is easy to operate and has good stability.Its control precision has reached B precision of machinery industry standard JB/T7043-2006.And it can realize the automatic test of the pressure-flow characteristics,pressure-input torque characteristics,volume efficiency,total efficiency and other performance of the high-pressure piston pump.In addition,the test system can accurately draw performance curve of products,generate test reports and storage test data.That meets the requirement of development and production of high pressure piston pump,and provides a reliable test platform to develop new high-pressure piston pump for China.
