| The System of Computer Aided Test for Hydraulic Pump related in this paper is aimed at the specific test of middle-high pressure hydraulic pump. Basing the National Standard related to the test and the condition existing in lab, according to the principle of hydraulic pump and the design criterion of hydraulic system and test system, using precise theory analyzing and integrating exactly experiment, the system is designed.The load method of the system is that installing a throttle ahead of a proportional overflow valve, and the throttle can prevent the effect of the pressure impulsion upon sensors and meters. Adopting the mode of experiment data processing currently with computer control, the CAT system is constructed, and it can contrqj hydraulic pump's rev and pressure. The timing set is improved to be adapted to computer control.The system use higher precision sensors and some anti-jamming measure to improve test precision. The PLC-812PG Data Acquisition Card is used to convert AD and DA data. The software is written mainly in Visual Basic 6.0, and the DLL is written in C and Assemble Language. The software can manage the test data and print the data and the performance curve, also can evaluate the pump's performance simply basing the National Standard.The paper's author does some work on researching the CAT of Hydraulic Pump.
