Aiming at the complicated and difficult to diagnose and analyzing the vibration characteristics of the motor foundation bolts under the tilting installation conditions,research on vibration characteristics of motor foundation bolt looseness under tilting installation.The relationship between the looseness characteristics of the foundation bolts and the vibration response was studied by using the motor-foundation system as the research object,the influence of bolt connection stiffness and damping characteristics on the vibration feature of the motor foundation was simulated.To reveal the rule between the bolt looseness and the motor-foundation system vibration feature,single and double jointed-bolt looseness of motor foundation were tested respectively in tilting installation condition,and the collected vibration response signal was analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)This paper introduces the research status of the motor vibration features and the looseness of the bolt.Taking the motor-foundation system as the research object,motor-foundation system dynamic equations with connection parameters was deduced to discuss the relationship between foundation jointed-bolt looseness characteristics and vibration response.The fault motor of Spectra Quest company in the United States was taken to discuss motor-foundation system vibration,the three-dimensional model of motor-foundation system was established in tilting 5°installation condition.The simulation effects of the bolt stiffness and damping on vibration response characteristics of foundation are obtained.2)The experiment table of motor-foundation system in tilting 5°installation condition were established.To reveal the rule between the bolt looseness and the motor-foundation system in tilting installation condition vibration feature,the vibration of motor foundation single and double jointed-bolt looseness were tested respectively in tilting installation condition,based on the analysis of the calculation and analysis,the stiffness and damping characteristics of the joint surface of the motor and foundation were used to explain the vibration response phenomena.3)In order to compare and analyze the motor-foundation system vibration response rule in tilting installation,a horizontal motor-foundation system experiment table is built.the vibration of motor foundation jointed-bolt looseness were tested in horizontal installation condition.Based on the analysis of the calculation and analysis,the rule between the bolt looseness and the motor-foundation system vibration feature was obtain,Compared with the rule of motor foundation in tilting installation condition.The conclusions of this paper can provide guidance for the diagnosis and operation maintenance of the motor bolt looseness.
