A qualitative leap has been made in the study of vehicl e steering.This paper is taken as the starting point,the research background of "reverse load sim ulation test method for automobile steering gear".Setting up a test plat form for all electric tes t system,to achieve the purpose of the research which is to real ize the forward and backward drive follow-up load method of all electric tests.Firstly,this paper describes the present situation of domestic and foreign research on the simulation of vehicle steering gear.It an alyzes the m ethod of ve hicle steering test.Secondly,it takes the gear rack type autom obile redirector for example.This paper analyzes the basic fram ework and its principl e of the steering gear,and puts forward the experimental method of designing the steering device com prehensive test bed.In the end,it proposes the m ain content,the overa ll functional requirem ents and technical requirements of the comprehensive endurance ta ble design for the gear rack type power steering gear that it is in combination with the pilot project.According to the principle of m odular design of the experim ental table,the layout scheme and the overall frame of the test bed were conceived,thus the overall design of the test bed was completed.On the basis of this,It designs the input and output shafts load unit and the reverse brake control m ethod was studied emphatically.Especially the design of the output axis,it completes the study of t he four-quadrant controller principle.The problem of the reverse load energy of the output shaft is solved,and the shortcom ings of the original design are improved.Finally,this paper also us ed drawing software and MA TLAB simulation software,modeling and simulation analysis have been carried out to verify the system,the simulation servo dynamic characteristic curve,the load of real represent the actual working condition,steering machine to achieve the goal of the test.
