In recent years,with the rapid development of Chongqing economy,Chongqing sectors need water,water,water consumption increased with each passing day;The amount of water was dwindling;Water resources are facing increasingly severe situation;Therefore,the adjustment of industrial structure in Chongqing City,reduce industrial production and water consumption and the establishment of water-saving society in Chongqing is a major.This paper,from the input and output analysis technology,research and analysis of the industrial sector in Chongqing over the past years,from the perspective of water resources input and output to discuss the structural adjustment of the industrial sector in Chongqing.According to the Chongqing national economic input-output table,input-output theory,water resource input-output model,the paper establishes the water resource input-output table and Chongqing water resource input-output model,and calculates the industrial water consumption coefficient of Chongqing,and analyzes the characteristics of water consumption in Chongqing City,so as to adjust its industrial sector.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper presents the development,type and basic assumption of input-output analysis.The theory and basic principle of water resource input-output analysis are explained.According to the water resource input-output principle,this paper establishes the model of water resources input and output in Chongqing,and calculates the water consumption coefficient..(2)This paper analyzes the water consumption of the industrial sectors in 2000,2002,2005,2007 and 2010.Separated high water consumption and low output,high water consumption and high output,low water consumption and low output and low water consumption and high output of the industrial sector.(3)The study shows that the water consumption of Chongqing production unit in the past ten years mainly showed a downward trend,and gradually tended to be stable.Indirect water industry sector is much larger than the direct production of water,high water covert.(4)According to the water consumption of the industrial sector analysis results,Combined with Chongqing Municipal Industrial Policy and planning,from Chongqing City water-saving national economic sectors direction system,the adjustment of agricultural structure,adjust the industrial structure,high technologyindustry structure adjustment and service industry industrial structure adjustment provided a reasonable suggestions on adjusting the industrial structure,for reference.So far,the research on water resources input and output of Chongqing city is lack;This paper can provide a theoretical basis and data reference for the research on the characteristics of water resource planning and water resources allocation in Chongqing.At the same time,the study on the relationship between the industrial economy and the water resources in Chongqing city is an effective supplement.
