With the accelerated development of the global economy,expanding the scale of urban construction and growth and expansion of urban land use has become an inevitable requirement。Social development also prompted people to improve living conditions for the construction and functional requirements,residential building requires a large indoor activity center,and commercial buildings require a large space conference rooms.But,existing low-rise and multi-storey buildings can not meet people’s needs.It’s an inevitable requirement that how to open up new space for development,the geographical scope and protection the environment for sustainable development in each metropolis.Under this question,the method adding steel structure in the original structure can solve the problem directly and effectively.The structure adding light-weight steel stories reinforced by steel plate is widely used for unique advantage.But when adding light-weight steel stories,the original weight and lateral stiffness larger than the upper portion of the layer structure.The building become the structure that the lower part is weigh and the upper part is light and lower part is weigh and the upper part is soft that mass and stiffness is not enenly distributed and the mutational structural system mutations.Under earthquake,the adding steel has a obvious structure whiplash effect,and it’s first story become the weak story.These have an effect on overall seismic capacity.In order to ensure the overall seismic performance,scholars propose the reinforced joint between new structure and old structure.In all the reinforce method,the method of reinforced by steel plate is better than others.It’s advantage include save space,with higher capacity and greater rigidity,limit cracking obviously and improve the mechanical behavior.The existing reinforcement research on the joint between reinforced concrete structure and steel structure only include static analysis,not include dynamic analysis.In this page using ABAQUS,three global model is established:the first model is original three-storey reinforced concrete framed structure,the second model is the light steel adding two-storey steel frame structure,the third model is the light steel adding two-storey steel frame structure reinforced by steel plate,and using the dynamic analysis.Moreover,establishing the models of different adding storeys and different original structure,and comparative analysis them.Finally,the following conclusions:the reinforcement by steel plate strengthen the connection between reinforced concrete framed and steel frame and seismic performance.The reinforcement by steel plate and the quantity of adding storey.When the storey of adding structure is limited,the more storey original structure have,the weaker reinforcement by steel plate is.So,when reinforced the adding structure,we need select suitable reinforcement according to original structural properties.
