Detection Of Corona Discharge In High Voltage Transmission Line

Since the 1978 when china started reforming and opening up,china starts to transport electricity from west to east and expands its scale,At the same time,the frequency of insulation fault also increases too.So,using advanced detection and means to discover and forecast those insulation deterioration timely has an important reference value for the equipment maintenance,repair and also avoid power accident.On this basis,this paper carried out a research on high-voltage transmission line corona discharge detection system based on the method of detecting ultraviolet of solar blind.In the first part of this paper,I mainly discussed the electric discharge theory and research,and introduced the form of the gas discharge and basic conditions of the discharge,I also compared the infrared thermal imaging technology,ultrasonic detection technology corona discharge,UV imaging detection technology and UV detection technology in use of detecting corona discharge,especially discussed the theory of UV detection technology and the unique advantages by using ultraviolet sensors to detect the status of the insulated equipment.In the second part of this paper,I mainly designed a system of high voltage transmission line corona discharge detection,and focuses on the composition of the system,also described the role of the various modules and software implementations,including ultraviolet sensor and its drive circuit,high accurate AD data acquisition circuit and so on,finally discussed the drive of the LCD screen in detail and waveform display.Finally,by the verification of experiments,it proves that the paper which studied the system of high-voltage transmission line corona discharge detection has advantages of good anti-jamming capability,fast response,high accuracy,easy to carry and so on.
