With the gradual depletion of the worsening global ecological environment and fossil fuel resources,wind energy as a clean energy technology is mature,more and more people of all ages and attention.However,wind power output is controlled by the wind speed,random,intermittent and difficult to accurately predictable.When large-scale wind power grid,while inevitable in bringing benefits to economic dispatch certain impact,such as changing the traditional policy unit commitment scheduling,increasing system uncertainty.In order to coordinate the economy and reliability of the system scheduling,this paper presents a reliability considerations constrained dynamic economic dispatch model in wind power systems.First,based on the traditional dynamic economic dispatch model,by scheduling model to improve and perfect,the establishment of a dynamic economic dispatch model in wind power system more in line with actual operation.Second,the threat of wind power integrated system security economic dispatch two uncertainties for wind power output and load prediction error of prediction error modeling.Established to consider two uncertainties reliability indices lack of load probability(LOLP),lack the desired load(EENS)mathematical model,will use an approximate function of the reliability index method of representation of analytical expressions.Finally,the analytical formula expressing the cutting reliability indices of load probability(LOLP),load shedding expect(EENS)is introduced into the power system dynamic economic dispatch model with wind farms,the organic integration completed consideration of the reliability constraints in wind power system dynami c economic dispatch modeling,efficiency and cost containment through alternate bring mutual relations in the model,to meet a predetermined reliability level condition automatically configure the appropriate spare capacity of the system,and strive at the lowest total cost of the system case running at an optimal state of reliability and economy.A numerical example shows that the model is feasible and reasonable.As in wind power system probabilistic method for solving spare capacity,power system optimization and scheduling decisions in Wind Systems uncertainty analysis provides a new model.
