With the rapid development of measurement in recent years,the image measurement has become the new technologies in the field.Along with computer technology,laser technology,development and application of new technologies such as micro-electronics technology,and measuring the progress of technology,image processing for measurement technology offers many new ways and means.In geodesy,measurement error and accuracy are important indicators of the measurement results are analyzed,based on image measurement,by analyzing images to correct errors and improve the precision of the system,is an important direction in the image measurement technology.Based on image measurement methods,and introduce and camera distortion correction method for sub-pixel edge detection algorithm,as well as precise object detection hardware platform designed and conducted a study on precision measurement of filament diameter.Based on analysis of filament using sub-pixel edge detection algorithms to detect wire borders,improving the accuracy of edge location,in addition,by designing the calibration grid template location accurate extraction method,using correct camera distortion correction of formula for hardware detection platform,the job description is as follows:1,firstly,the imaging system is designed,which uses the camera and light source to detect the filament,and realizes the hardware system.In order to obtain a clear image,designed a method of precise adjustment of the object.By utilizing the constant magnification feature of the lens,and the design of the grid calibration template and calibration method,the precision measurement of the diameter of the filament is achieved.2,using camera distortion calibration plane circular grid template in the process,select three calibration points,in order to obtain precise coordinates of reference points,to points of"cross" intersection coordinates as a morphological characteristics.In the process of extracting precise coordinates,first using a variety of image processing algorithms,and proposes a first points with grid fitting straight line is obtained,by fitting a straight line intersections obtained pixel-level intersection coordinates,and using spatial moment sub-pixel algorithm "cross"method of intersection of precise coordinates.3,in order to access the camera's pixel calibration relationship with filaments real physical dimensions,used lithography of the three known width calibration to calibrate the magnification,in measuring during calibration screen width,using polynomial fitting based on sub-pixel edge detection algorithm for high-precision coordinate.Finally,using MATLAB as a programming language,realizes the interface of filament diameter precision detection system and algorithms and the use of hair as the tests object,implemented the complete measuring process,measurements to verify the accuracy of the system and verify the system design is reasonable.
