With the rapid development of ship,more and more attention have been put in the performance of high-speed vessel,among this high speed planning craft works as a typical high-speed vessel,its seakeeping performance,speedability and maneuverability obtained the widespread attention and development at the meantime.From the point of seakeeping performance,the research about high speed planning craft in domestic and international is limited,and off-design parameters influence on seakeeping performance is much less,so this project will focus on high speed planning craft seakeeping performance with off-design parameter.Most seakeeping performance was studied by experimental and theoretical method,and only focus on upright condition seakeeping performance,This project will research both upright and initial heel angle condition in calm and rough water,it is what we called offdesign parameter influence on seakeeping performance.This project estimate seakeeping performance through model test and theoretical formula.During model test,simulate clam and rough water condition,apply typical planning model,survey pitch and heave motion in different speed and initial heel angle.In rough water seakeeping analysis,except speed and initial heel variant also include wave height.During theoretical research,apply Savitsky calculation process and theory,transfer Savitsky process to Matlab code,solve heave and pitch related parameter.After got all parameter,analysis initial heel angle influence on resistance,side force,trim angle and dynamic sinkage.Through analysis model seakeeping performance with different initial heel angle,summary connection between bottom incline angle and initial heel angle.In the meantime,compare test results with theoretical results,analysis uncertainty of test and limitation of theoretical formula.After combine related reference,compare with initial trim angle,the influence of initial heel angle to high speed planning craft is relative lower.
