With the development of science and technology,a large number of network geographic information systems have appeared on the market.At the same time,a large number of Web Geographical Information System have also appeared.The development of the special network geographic information system is usually based on the user's proprietary requirements,modeling the data,and designing the system for data display,data collection and data manipulation.This paper aims to introduce the basic Geographical Information System from two aspects :system design and optimization,and process development and optimization of a dedicated Web Geographical Information System,and put forward the new water damage compensation system design.In the design aspect,according to the user's demand,the data is designed and modeled,and the database(Postgre SQL)is operated by using the internal function of Django to generate data tables.At the same time,the design of the back-end data processing algorithm,and the application of Web based user's interface development in response to the use of mainstream front framework Bootstrap and jQuery,finally realizes the main functions: user data collection,water damage compensation compensation process control,data query,process compensation notice etc.In the optimization aspect,through the pressure / load test of the server and the analysis of the algorithm,optimize the data processing algorithm of the Web Geographic information system.This paper details the design process,the implementation process,the optimization process,and the final prototype system for a dedicated Web Geographic Information system.
