According to the structure and character of Daqing oil field electric power network, and using the language of Delphi, and basing on the rock-bottom data collection system exploitation, the distribution Geographic information system software is developed.The software consists of initialization, data collection, automated mapping, map zoom, map roam, information query, map modify, map storage and map print module. Through those modules, the purpose for managing is achieved.The GIS is completed with Delphi at first time, and the software is edited. A good effect is coming .
