Vibration monitoring technology is the core technology of status monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotating machinery and equipment,which has been widely used in the industrial sector.Wind turbine with variable speed gear drive system is the mainstream of the wind power industry.The main drive chain is one of its key mechanical components.Collect the vibration information of the main drive chain,and monitor them in real-time,a comprehensive understanding of the health status of mechanical parts could achieve.Therefore,in this paper,take the main drive chain of the fan as the object,study the design of vibration data acquisition system,the main work is as follows:1.Analyze the demand of the main drive chain vibration data acquisition system of domestic mainstream wind turbine,and give the overall idea of design in vibration data acquisition system;2.According to the overall design ideas,build the overall framework of the hardware system,and design the hardware of the acquisition system.Use DSP + ARM + FPGA architecture processor to improve the processing performance of data acquisition system.Use FPGA to control the sampling of the signal.DSP has high-speed computing capability,which could realize the eigenvalue calculation and time domain frequency domain analysis of the calculation.Make the use of ARM to upload the data file for the fault diagnosis and on-line monitoring to provide a large number of eigenvalues and the original vibration signal.Through the hardware integration,change the acceleration signal into a speed signal,instead of operating with software,which could improve the signal processing efficiency.Analyze the layout of vibration monitoring points of main drive chain,and then achieve the transmission of vibration in key parts of the main chain.Design four kinds of external communication interface,to enhance communication scalability of the data acquisition system of external,meanwhile,they could capture the amount of process of the main fan control system as a reference.3.According to the overall design ideas,build the overall framework of the software system.In order to improve the speed of response of the data acquisition system,a software platform based on SYS/ IOS real-time operating system and Linux multithread operating system is adopted to realize multi-channel signal synchronous sampling,channel sampling frequency switching,vibration signal processing and file uploading and so on.4 The vibration data processing algorithm is studied and the time domain eigenvalue,frequency eigenvalue,pass-band energy and discrete Fourier transform of the vibration signal are given.The method of time-domain synchronous averaging is used to analyze the vibration dataSpectral analysis of the monitoring methods to improve the monitoring method based on Fourier spectrum analysis.;5 The data acquisition system is used in wind farm to collect vibration data of the main drive chain.The time domain waveform,the energy of vibration,frequency spectrum and order spectrum of the vibration signal are analyzed in the background of the server monitoring.Through the initial diagnosis and analysis,locate a failure of main drive chain in the gearbox.The vibration data acquisition system designed in this paper realizes the synchronous acquisition of the vibration signals of the various monitoring points of the main drive chain and uploads the data in the way of file format.The vibration state of the main drive chain could be monitored through the time domain,frequency domain and synchronous average analysis.
