Research On The Integrated Design Of Co-Working Space Under The Group Innovation Environment

Since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the industry has been escalating,accompanied by the global information technology and technology,the development of science and technology,people’s way of life,office mode has been profoundly affected,the Internet’s high-speed popularization and development,Information exchange and access to the efficiency of greatly improved,people in the way of work and lifestyle choices more freedom,freelance,the proportion of entrepreneurs is getting higher and higher,the traditional form of office life need to transition.In 2005,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the slogan of "Gruop Entrepreneurship and Innovation",and comprehensively built the "Group innovation space",the national innovation and entrepreneurship swept from all kinds of innovative entrepreneurs,from the media workers,small team,And other new era workers gradually emerged.With the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the economic climate,in order to better serve all types of entrepreneurs,investors,intermediaries,entrepreneurial mentors,and even simply on the cause of innovation has a strong interest in the enthusiasts,a new innovation in line with the public venture Demand for office space carrier-joint office space in the rapid development of the country,in the " Group innovation " background,this emerging form of office space-"Co-working space" the future will serve as a business innovation entrepreneurial office space main form one."Co-working space" as the product of "Group innovation" background,belong to the " Group innovation space " category,is currently in the stage of rapid development,along with the development of the Internet,compared to traditional office space,this new office space is not confined to a place,an architectural form,it may exist in the city CBD high office space,may also exist in the old factory transformation of the creative park,and even apartments,cafes,shopping malls,and the function is no longer office with the single function,but a combination of leisure,entertainment,living and so on the composite function.At present,the current research literature,periodicals and various types of data,the domestic "Co-working space" research status mainly stay in the economic policy and system above,and its own architectural design,space design research is relatively missing.How to evaluate a Co-working office space is qualified;how in the architectural design,space design up to in-depth study,to create a truly "Group innovation" service space system;on this aspect of the study is relatively small,so the relative lack of domestic Theoretical guidance on the overall design of joint office space.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper solves the problem of Co-working space in architectural space design through five aspects under the premise of reading a large number of documents and investigating a large number of practical cases.Firstly,the background and definition of the Co-working space and the inevitability of the Co-working space and the current situation of the research are analyzed.The second aspect to explore the current Co-working space characteristics and the status quo at home and abroad.The third aspect,uphold the construction and space for the nature of the principle used in the investigation of a large number of field cases under the premise of the user’s needs,the needs of the city,the overall design of the Co-working space to do in-depth study.On the basis of the previous research and analysis,this paper combines the different theories,such as human scale,environmental psychology,enterprise life cycle and so on,from the plane function layout,spatial organization form,innovative space,humanized design,information Application,etc.,for the Co-working space as a whole to design the main points and methods to provide guidance.Finally,it looks forward to the development prospect and trend of the Co-working space,hoping to make some guiding significance for the overall design of the joint office space.
