Urban Innovation Space From The Perspective Of Entrepreneurial Needs:Types,Characteristics And Planning Strategies

Since the financial crisis,the sustainable development of China's economy is faced with many difficulties,such as weak foreign demand,aging,and the bottleneck of the resources and environment.It is the only way to transform the development power from the investment and elements to the innovation and entrepreneurship.In this context,a wide variety of innovative space carriers are constructed.Howevery the innovation and entrepreneurship in many cities are not active.Therefore,from the perspective of the entrepreneurs' needs,this paper tries to classify these various innovative space carriers and analyze the features of each type,trying to answer such questions as "what is the need for the entrepreneurs and what type of innovation space in the city satisfies what they need".A new spatial classification logic-"the two threads of the current innovation and entrepreneurship?the process of entrepreneurship and the needs of the entrepreneurs?the space types based on the needs of the entrepreneurs"-is constructed.The two types of innovation,technology driven and demand driven,form the two main business models-elite entrepreneurship and mass entrepreneurship.The needs of entrepreneurs are divided into two categories:the needs of entrepreneurial process and the quality needs of environment.According to these two types of demand,the innovation space carriers in the city are divided into four categories:innovation source(creation opportunity),incubation space(integration of entrepreneurial resources),elite space(attracting entrepreneurial elite)and general industrial space(accommodating enterprise expansion).From the perspective of the whole city,the urban innovation space has the characteristics of shorter industrial cycle,multi-scale sources of factors,and urban layout of spatial layout.Secondly,the main characteristics of innovation source,elite space and incubation space are summarized.The characteristics of innovation source are the leading institutions or enterprises and supporting institutions and policies.The characteristics of elite space are ecological and pleasant office environment,diverse and huge policy preferences and complete and professional service facilities.The characteristics of incubation space are high quality and open space,active innovation and entrepreneurial activities and multi-agent interaction network.Finally,planning suggestions are put forward.First,the innovation source should be introduced to promote the start and development of the urban innovation space.Secondly,the incubation space should be build flexibly relying on the innovation source.Third,concentrate the dominant resources and create the elite space.Forth,rationally configure the industrial park to reserve space for the growth of the enterprise.Fifth,strengthen the control of the innovation carrier construction to prevent its expansion and expansion.The chapters are arranged as follows.Chapter ? is introduction,including the definition of basic concepts,research background and signifcance,related literature review,research ideas and methods.Chapter ? is the basic logic of the classification of urban innovation space.The logic chain is from two threads of the current innovation and entrepreneurship,the process of entrepreneurship and the needs of the entrepreneurs to the four categories of innovation space.Meanwhile,the overall characteristics of the innovation space are sumed up.Chapter III and Chapter IV focuse on the characteristics of innovation source,elite space and incubation space.Chapter V puts forward corresponding planning strategies based on the type division and characteristic analysis of innovation space.Chapter VI is conclusion and discussion.The main conclusions of this article are summarized,and further research is prospected.
