Coal is generally transported by the highway,the railroad and so on in long distance,because of the different demands for coal and the the consistencies of geographical environment of every regions,coal transportation has become a key factor restricting and affect the progress of the coal industry greatly.The total length of shaanxi Shen Wei coal pipeline transportation system which starts in Shenmu and ends in Weinan is 726 KMS.The transportation raw materia of this transportation is coal water slurry and transported by pipeline that make the system bacome an investment province,short construction period,and high economic efficiency green transport program.The technology of coal pipeline transportation is introduced,the application of diaphragm pump in long distance pipeline is analyzed and the phase characteristic of diaphragm pump is studied in this paper.The fuzzy PID control method of pipeline multiple diaphragm pump is proposed according to Shen Wei coal pipeline transportation system.Synchronous operation control method and realization process of diaphragm pump set in long distance pipeline has been researched,and Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System(SCADA)is applied in Distributed distance remote monitoring system.Then,the network architecture of PLC core control system is established which used for designing system communication and software control.At the last,coordinated control of multi-stage diaphragm pump based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted to solve the problem of the multi-stage diaphragm pump flow peak superposition phenomenon that leading to serious vibration of the pipeline,and has realized the synchronous control of the fixed angle difference of the diaphragm pump set of the pumping station.The shaanxi Shen Wei coal pipeline transportation system is in the stage of trial operation of pumping stations at all levels,the field test results of pumping station show the stable and synchronous operation,the Requirements for real-time and effectiveness can be achieved by the diaphragm pump system.
