Rubber powder modified asphalt has a good road performance has been widely used,with the national green,energy conservation requirements continue to improve,the modified powder asphalt construction technology also put forward higher requirements.A variety of technical means are applied,in which the WMA has been generally recognized,the temperature mixing powder modified asphalt research has gradually become the focus of the study.In this paper,the viscosity-reducing agent LP and the surfactant SDYK were added to 60 mesh and mixed mesh powder modified asphalt respectively.The effects of different temperature mixes on the rheological properties of the modified powder were studied.Recommend the most suitable for the region of the temperature mixture and the amount of mixing.The results show that the addition of LP and SDYK improves the high temperature performance of the powder modified asphalt and enhances the low temperature performance of the 60 mesh powder modified asphalt.But had a negative effect on the low temperature performance of the mixed mesh powder modified asphalt.Analysis of the temperature behavior of asphalt by needle penetration index,viscosity index and viscosity index shows that LP and SDYK reduce the temperature sensitivity of rubber modified asphalt,and the sensitivity of each asphalt after short-term aging is reduced.The results show that the viscosity reduction of LP are obvious,and the viscosity reduction is more obvious with the increase of the content,but it has negative effect on the aging resistance of the modified powder.But viscosity reduction and anti-aging properties of SDYK were not obvious.By the dynamic shear tests show that the addition of LP and SDYK improves the high temperature performance of the powder modified asphalt,and the mix mesh modified asphalt's improvement is better than 60 mesh powder modified asphalt.And short-term aging,the high temperature performance is better.It is found that G*/(sin?)9 is more suitable for the evaluation of high temperature stability of warm modified asphalt by comparing the ritter factor G*/(sin?),0.6% of the surfactant-based temperature mixing mixed mesh powder modified asphalt(CRBHH0.6%)of the best high-temperature performance.The results of repeated creep test showed that the recovery ability of CRBHH0.6% modified asphalt was the best before and after short-term aging,and the recovery ability of modified asphalt was improved after short-term aging.By the curved beam rheometer show that the S value decreases and the m valueincreases after add the LP to the powder modified asphalt.The results show that improve the low temperature performance,but with the temperature reduction,the effect is reducing and the addition of surfactants to powder modified asphalt low temperature performance deterioration.After the short-term aging,the low-temperature crack resistance of the modified asphalt is reduced,and the mixed mesh of the mixed compared with the 60 mesh powder modified asphalt the low-temperature performance is relatively worse.It is found that the low temperature performance of CRBHH0.6% modified asphalt is relatively good.
