Along with the rapid growth of China’s economy and the emphasis on environmental protection,the concept of ―promoting development with growth and promoting growth with development‖ has become increasingly popular among the people under the new normal.Warm mix asphalt mixture has similar road performance with hot mix asphalt mixture,and has superiority in energy saving and emission reduction.It is of far-reaching significance to study and promote the application of warm mix asphalt mixture on the road.In this paper,SK90 was used as the matrix asphalt and SBS was used as the modifier to prepare SBS modified asphalt.The Aspha-min and Sasobit were used as the warming agent to modify the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.Through the basic test,DSR test,BBR test,TFOT short-term aging test and PAV long-term aging test,the conventional index performance,high and low temperature viscosity,dynamic rheological properties and aging properties of the hot mix asphalt binder were studied,and the fluorescence microscope and FTIR were used.The microstructure and modification mechanism of warm mix asphalt were analyzed by infrared spectrometer.AC-13 was selected as the grade of mineral material to prepare the warm mix asphalt mixture,the construction temperature and the best oil-stone ratio were determined,and the road performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture was analyzed and verified.The main research results are as follows: 1)Through 60°C dynamic viscosity and Brinell viscosity test,both warming agents can improve the low temperature viscosity of asphalt and reduce its high temperature viscosity.Sasobit’s performance is better than Aspha-min,and established a viscosity-temperature curve to study the construction temperature of warm mix asphalt;2)Using DSR to perform strain scanning,frequency scanning and temperature scanning on warm mixed asphalt before and after aging,determine its viscoelastic range and analyze high temperature,fatigue,aging,creep properties and phase structure characteristics,etc.Comparative analysis;3)Analysis of low temperature crack resistance of warm mixed asphalt by BBR test,establishing Burgers model to determine parameters,calculating comprehensive softness evaluation of low temperature characteristics,and having good correlation with creep rate m;4)by means of fluorescence microscope Micro-and mechanistic analysis of warm mixed asphalt with FTIR infrared spectrometer.The warm mixing modification is mainly physical blending.The aging of warm mixed asphalt is the aging effect of asphalt;5)Carry out mixed rutting test and low temperature trabecular test to verify the performance of warm mixed asphalt.And determining the fatigue performance of warm mix asphalt mixture by BFA test.It shows that both kinds of warm mix asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of road surface use.
