Wireless power transmission technology(Wireless Power Transmission-WPT)came into being from the situation that the traditional cable power supply in the production and life are of many drawbacks arising.The technology to achieve electromagnetic coupling device is not in contact with electricity supply.This type of power supply in many areas of electricity have shown its unique advantages of the great.The design principle of the MCR-WPT transmitter and the design of the coupling coil are analyzed in detail.The mathematical model of MCR-WPT system is established according to the circuit and coupling theory.The reason for the MCR-WPT to compensate the resonance and select the compensation structure is given.In the electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft Maxwell in the two coil model analysis,given the distribution of magnetic field of two coil model in eddy current field,and the use of Ansoft Maxwell and Simplorer in the transient field simulation was carried out on the MCR-WPT system,the necessity of compensation is verified.The relationship between the operating frequency of MCR-WPT system and the system performance is analyzed,as well as the influence of coupling coefficient on the output power and efficiency of the system.On this basis,the mutual inductance parameters are optimized to improve the performance of SS MCR-WPT system.Then according to the SS MCR-WPT system can not meet the characteristics of the maximum transmission power and maximum efficiency,this paper proposes a new optimization index,further optimization of the M transformer parameters of the system,so as to realize the optimization of system performance requirements.The switch tube model used in the inverter circuit designed by the transmitter is selected.The driving circuit,resonant coil and auxiliary power supply of the whole system are designed.At last,a small power SS MCR-WPT system is designed,which is applied to the wireless charging system of low power electric equipment.
