In the field of engineering,there are many factors will make the product failure.These factors mainly include the product itself and the environmental impact.In these failure processes,the product not only malfunction degradation failure caused by their own performance,but also occur sudden failure caused by the impact of the environment.The failure of the product is due to the pattern of the first appearance,calling competing failure.Taking into account the process of degradation is a continuous process,so that we can use the random process to describe the degradation of the product.It is better for us to evaluate the reliability of the product.This paper mainly discusses the reliability of the product that exist in the degradation process and the shock process,and builds the product reliability model based on the description of stochastic process and competing failure theory.The first,summarizes the relevant background of reliability and competing failure,and introduces the related theories and characteristics of reliability modeling.The basic concepts of the degradation model and the analysis steps of the reliability modeling process are given.Introduce the products with shock process and describe the shock models.Then,during the operation of the product,the impact will not only reduce the product's failure threshold,but also to speed up the degradation of the product.Based on the related hypothesis and the theory of competition failure,the reliability model of the product under the extreme impact model is established.The model considers that the failure threshold of the product is a fixed threshold.The model is validated by the relevant theoretical data of the micro-electromechanical system,which verifies the rationality of the model.The last,it is further considered that the impact will not only affect the overall failure process of the product but also affect the degradation rate of the product itself,and the failure threshold of the product will be a random value in the process of failure.According to this condition,the competitive failure reliability model of the product is established considering the impact of the impact on the degradation and the randomness of the failure threshold.Using the maximum likelihood estimation of the relevant parameters to estimate the model to take different parameters,calculate the reliability.
