Some accident happened when the building is in the construction,the existing building foundation sink,wall cracks,overall tilt and even collapse in the using process,but the cause of building accidents are complex and various.Prior to the treat of these accident,it must go through the detection and identification procedure analysis of the causes of the accident,according to the identification results to determine how to handle the accident,determine the building reinforcement scheme,especially the sloped buildings.Not only to consider the rectification and partial righting,but also need to reinforce the necessary measures.This paper takes a residential buildings with frame shear wall structure of Lanzhou as the engineering background,which was found to be foundation sinked and body tilt.And the reasons for the building engineering accidents and rectification and reinforcement treatment scheme was analyzed in detail,the specific work is as follows:1.The using building rectification method was introduced systemly,so did to the cause of the building tilt.2.A frame shear wall structure of residential building in Lanzhou,which happended the accident of foundation subsidence,inclination of the main body after the accident were detected to identify systematically,introduces the detection and identification of content,method and process of building inclination,the collection of a large number of buildings on the engineering data.Through the field based on the foundation of open section detection,identify the status of the building foundation,the groundwater engineering geological characteristics,the building site and soil characteristic geological conditions of comprehensive evaluation;at the same time.The main structure,and using the finite element software PKPM calculation on bearing capacity of the main structure.Analysis of the results,the cause of the tilt of the building,put forward to deal with the accident,made the dig soil and pile load pressure correction method for comprehensive rectification,the at the same time,the new artificial hole concrete pile,pile cap and pile end grouting combined reinforcement method in foundation reinforcement.3.The digging and piling pressure comprehensive rectification scheme is analyzed in theory,to explore the feasibility,strict calculation of rectification scheme,and make corresponding design requirements of reinforcement materials,strengthening construction technology.4.By using FLAC3 D software to establish a practical engineering numerical model,numerical simulation of the rectification plan,the establishment of a number of changes in the pile-soil model comparative analysis of horizontal digging hole diameter,vertical digging hole depth of rectifying effect,according to the simulation results,can grasp the rules of pile foundation settlement caused by digging.
