At present,the main dispatch mode of wind farm in China is that the provincial dispatch center directly faces the single wind farm in its jurisdiction area.The existing dispatch mode not only increases the workload of dispatcher,but also limits the coordinate control between wind power plants.In addition,the wind farms are mainly located at the end of the power grid in China.However,the local power grid regulation is limited.This factor seriously limits the large-scale integration of wind farms,meanwhile,it results that the wind power grid-connect system can not achieve economic dispatch.Currently,Chinese total installed capacity of wind power rankes first in the world,and it is still developing rapidly.Based on this,the economic dispatch of wind power grid-connect system becomes a problem which is no time to delay.To begin with,in view of the fact that it is difficult to realize the economic dispatch of wind power grid-connect system,this thesis offers a new dispatch model to make high energy load as a schedulable resource.The coordinated dispatch is achieved between the high energy load and wind farms through colony coordination layer.The colony coordination layer contains random number of high energy load and wind power plant in which the number of the wind power plant is more than zero and the high energy load can be zero.On the one hand,the layer can integrate the dispatch information and feedback to superior control center in order to get optimal dispatch strategy.On the other hand,it can arrange the switching time of high energy load in the region.Then,two mathematical models for the economic dispatch of wind farm grid-connect system are established on the basis of the new dispatching mode,and the intelligent optimization algorithm is used to solve them.The first model is two levels optimization model,the upper model takes the minimum total cost of the power grid as the target,and the lower level model takes the maximum benefit of the colony coordination layer as the target.The improved empire competition algorithm and the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to optimize the upper and lower model respectively.The second is the multiple target model which tries to realize the minimum cost of control center and the maximum income of the colony coordination layer.The improved multi-objective cuckoo algorithm is used to optimize the model.Both models cannot achieve each goal at the same time in theoptimization process,but to make the optimal coordination of related goals.In the optimization process,the two models can not achieve each goal at the same time.However,it can make the associated goals reach the optimal coordination.Finally,two kinds of mathematical models and optimization algorithms are simulated respectively.The results verify the correctness of the proposed scheduling models and the economic dispatch mathematical models and the effectiveness of the algorithms.
